We are fortunate enough to have family and friends who
will be traveling from all over to be with us on our
wedding day. Therefore, we are planning to spend more than
just the afternoon and evening of our wedding day with
you. We have thrown in a few other events that are a bit
more relaxed and which will provide a chance for our
family and friends to catch up with each other, to get to
know each other and to
have a casual
chat.
Scheduled wedding events will take place from
Tuesday night, September 20, 2011, to Thursday morning,
September 22, 2011.
These events are still in the process of being planned
and more detailed information will be posted to our site
as our plans progress.

- Rehearsal Day
Rehearsal Dinner
We are planning a casual get together for everyone on the
evening before our wedding. Do not miss out on this if you
want to share some great food, margaritas and a lot of
laughter with us! We will
be
providing
transportation to and from the restaurant.
Wednesday, September 21, 2011
- Wedding Day
The festivities on our wedding day will take place at
Gundlach Bundschu Winery in Sonoma. In order for
everyone to be able to relax and fully enjoy the wedding
and the wonderful wine, we will be providing
transportation from the
Sheraton Sonoma County in
Petaluma
to Gundlach Bundschu and back.
Wedding Ceremony
Our ceremony will take place in a rather secluded spot of
the winery’s grounds, on a lawn overlooking the vineyard.
Wedding Reception and Dinner
Sparkling wine and hors d’oeuvres will be served at the
vineyard overlook following the ceremony. Enjoy the sunset
over the golden Sonoma Mountain Range and the vineyard
while having a drink and some delicious appetizers.
Around sunset, we will make our way over to the winery’s
olive grove, where dinner will be served. Be prepared for
local Californian foods, Gundlach Bundschu’s award winning
wines and a good time among friends and family.
Good Night Drinks
The reception at Gundlach Bundschu Winery will have to end
at 10 p.m.. We will take care of your transportation back
to the hotel and would love it if you then joined us for a
couple of drinks at the bar on in the lobby!

- the day after...
Brunch
To round off the wedding events, we will be serving a
brunch on the morning after our wedding. Roll out of bed
and join us for a casual gathering.
